Our choice of Coho as the name of our brand might seem curious as it doesn't invoke images of vineyards or wine, but to us the salmon embodies an innate wisdom so essential to understanding ourselves and our environment. *The Groom Lifter is 2 oz Irish Whiskey, ½ oz lemon juice ¼ oz sugar and ½ an egg white
*The Irish Redhead is 1 ½ oz  Jamesons Irish Whiskey and 6 oz Mountain Dew, Code Red Soda
