*A Black Velvet is Champagne and Guinness. (25% Champagne 75% Guinness)
*An Irish Milk Punch 2 oz., ¾ oz Irish Whiskey and 6 oz of hot milk.  
*A Celtic Twilight is 1 oz Irish Whiskey, 1 oz Irish Cream and 1 oz Coffee Liquors
*The Groom Lifter is 2 oz Irish Whiskey, ½ oz lemon juice ¼ oz sugar and ½ an egg white
*The Irish Redhead is 1 ½ oz  Jamesons Irish Whiskey and 6 oz Mountain Dew, Code Red Soda
*The Hell’s Kitchen is 1 oz Irish Whiskey and 1 ½ oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
*The Wild Irish Rose is 2 oz Irish Whiskey, ¾ oz lemon juice, ½ oz grenadine syrup and 2 oz Soda water.
*And of course the Irish Whiskey Highball is 2 oz Irish Whiskey and 6 oz ginger ale
*The Hot Irish is 1 /12 oz Irish Whiskey, 4 oz boiling water, ½ slice lemon and a pinch of cinnamon
*And last but by no means least,  The Irish Martini is 2 oz vodka, ½ oz dry vermouth, ½ oz Irish whiskey and a twist of lemon.
